This is the English page of an Arabic site. It explains what the guide measures, how it is paid for and what it refuses to print — enough to judge whether the Arabic pages are worth translating in your browser.

What this site is
Kuwait Casinos is an independent guide to the online casinos that accept players from Kuwait. It is written in Arabic, for readers in Kuwait, and this page exists because the domain has carried an English address since 2024 and we kept it working.
We do not own a casino, we do not run one, and we take no deposits from players. The site earns from affiliate links: if you open an account through one of them the operator may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. Such commercial agreements influence the order in which operators appear in our lists; they do not decide what a review says about currency, terms or withdrawals. The site is published by Corsalto Digital B.V., Zeelandia Commercial Center, Kaya W.F.G. (Jombi) Mensing 18, Willemstad, Curaçao; write to [email protected]. Every such link carries rel="sponsored nofollow".
What the ranking actually measures
Offshore operators almost never hold an account in Kuwaiti dinars. That single fact costs a player more than any bonus: money leaves a Kuwaiti bank in dinars, arrives in the operator’s currency, and goes back the same way. Each crossing is paid for in the spread, twice per round trip.
So the list is ordered by the currency of the account and by the number of conversions between the dinar and that currency — one for an operator holding US dollars or UAE dirhams, two for an operator holding euros. Everything else we publish is measured the same way: from the operator’s own published terms, or not at all.
What you will not find here
No withdrawal times in hours, because no operator publishes a figure we could verify. No wagering multipliers attributed to a brand without its own terms page saying so. No claim that any operator is “licensed in Kuwait” — there is no Kuwaiti licensing authority, and an offshore licence grants no local status. No invented reviewer with a face and a name: the pages are signed by the editorial team.
There is also no helpline number anywhere on this site. Kuwait has no national gambling helpline, and printing a foreign number as if it were local would be the same kind of invention. Where help is relevant we link to Gambling Therapy, which answers in several languages, and say plainly what it is.
